I am big on reviews which is why I decided to try Network Automotive. Extremely happy with the service. Jeff was great at explaining what was needed. My AC was blowing hot air and they offered free AC check. At first was told I needed a new AC kit but after further review on the vehicle just needed a recharge Thankfully! Super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go back if I need anything else serviced!

I cannot say enough good things about Network Automotive in Gilbert! From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. I brought my Range Rover in for an oil change and to have them look into an oil leak. Everyone was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain exactly what they found, walk me through my options, and talk about the most cost-effective ways to move forward. I never felt like they were trying to sell me repairs I didn’t need. Quite the opposite. I felt like they were genuinely trying to help me make the best decision for my vehicle and my budget. They were ready for my car when I arrived for my appointment, told me it would take about an hour, and it literally took an hour! When they were finished, they sent me a detailed condition report going over everything they had inspected, and the final price was exactly what they had quoted me. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable, on time, and no surprises. It is so refreshing to find a shop you feel like you can trust. We will not be taking our vehicles anywhere else. Network Automotive has definitely earned a customer for life! Thank you so much guys!

Thank you to the Network automotive crew! I have been going to them consistently now because of how honest and kind the staff is. Especially Mike with answering all my questions and fitting my car in on such short notice. I appreciate all that you have done and will continue to bring my car here.

I had a great experience, dealing with Network automotive. Their customer service was exceptional. Their price is great. And they are very quick about addressing issues, fixing problems, and getting you back in your vehicle quickly

Brought my truck here for an alignment on referral from the Discount Tire not far from them. They tried to tell me I needed new upper and lower control arms, tie rod ends and the accompanying parts before doing an alignment, because “my control arms bushings aren’t replaceable”. They quoted me over $3k after a 10 minute inspection, with no photos or video to show the issue they were telling me existed, just a cool “trust me bro” diagnosis. Issue is, they told me that they couldn’t tell what brand control arms I have because they are clearly aftermarket, but made no attempt at all to clean them off to see what brand they were. I know exactly what brand they are however, and the ball joints are absolutely replaceable. They handed me a quote as fast as possible without putting in any real effort to find the issue. 3k all in for that work is so grossly overpriced it’s not even funny, to add to it, I took it to two other mechanics afterwards who told me both the same thing, that my control arms are aftermarket and the ball joints are 100% replaceable ($50 part by the way) and that was the issue. I never even took the itemized quote home with me from this place because of how ridiculous
